We started as Blockmates!

Who knew that in our very first field trip, it’s where we are going to get married? Coincidence!

From being blockmates, we became very good friends. We listen to each others’ random stories, even to the most non sense and boring one.

One day, it became ‘us’. We became inseparable.

When starting, we constantly have dates together, most of the time with our friends (Elise, Bjorn, and Carlo).

We help each other with our studies. Nicolo helped Clarisse with her Design Plates and she helped him with his math. Kakopyahan! Haha! Then, we graduated!

While studying for the Board Exams, we started our own design and construction company. Despite of the pandemic and the steep learning curve in starting a business, we passed the Board Exams together.

Of course, our deepest appreciation to our parents who worked so hard to send us to school to help us make our dreams come true.

On the very start of our relationship, Clarisse will always post notes in her bedroom that she wants to build houses. Nicolo said, "ok thats what we are going to do." Today, that is now what we do.

In every project or blessing that we have, we work together. Whether it’s a simple renovation, ground construction, or hotel design, we help each other. In good or in bad, side by side, we will do it.

While building our careers, we met many different people — from clients to colleagues — from whom we learned a lot and for whom we are very thankful.

Of course, we are also very thankful for our Casatilier Family. They are our 2nd family. Our workers work tirelessly to provide for their families, which inspires us to be better and work even harder.

Aside from working side by side, we also love exploring the world and doing different adventures together.

Sometimes, we drive around, have picnics by the river, or just enjoy the view.

One of our favorite trips is when we travel with the Saulo cousins and just do random things. We enjoy their company—even when we’re doing absolutely nothing all night long and just chatting!

We went to Boracay with the cousins.

We did our first scuba diving.

Nicolo conquered his fear by trying extreme rides for the first time, like the Flying Saucer and jet skis—a lifetime of memories with the cousins.

The very first Cervantes family trip that included Nicolo was in Baguio right after the pandemic. How awkward it is for Clarisse's Dad!

Chelly, the forever third wheel

We love watching basketball games.

We celebrated a lot of occasions with our families.

and of course, we celebrated a lot of events with our friends!

Our very first international trip was to Hong Kong in the middle of the pandemic. The 'firsts' are the ones that are so hard to forget.

We explored Singapore with Clarisse’s Mom and Titas.

We rode our first cruise and we loved it. Nicolo thinks this is the best way to travel because you can eat and rest all day if you want to!

Nicolo conquered his fear and did the simulated sky diving!

We went to Penang, Malaysia.

We went to Phuket, Thailand.

We went to Boracay with the Tenorios.

We traveled to Hong Kong. Originally, Clarisse’s travel buddies were her mom and sister, but times have changed. The more, the merrier—now Kaimo and Nicolo are on the list.

Every year since the pandemic, we visit Hong Kong Disneyland. Every single time, we get nauseated just by looking at the rides.

"We explored Macau. Of course, we gambled… but we made sure to eat more free food from the casino than the amount we played.

We beat the heat and traveled to Bangkok, Thailand, with the family.

On random days, we go to Baguio just to sing on our road trips and enjoy nature.

We also went to Japan. A big goal on Clarisse’s bucket list was crossed off—to travel internationally with friends.

After 9 amazing years, Nicolo proposed with a ring pop candy.

We are now getting married!

We’ve worked hard chasing our dreams — graduating, passing the boards, building careers, and seeing the world. Now it’s time for the next adventure: starting a family together!
