How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by September 20th! If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we would like to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Creative Black-Tie in our color palette (sage and neutrals) — We kindly ask our guests to dress in our chosen colors for our special day. Check out our Dress Code tab for inspiration! Women: Formal evening dress, dressy cocktail dress, or a chic pantsuit Men: Tuxedo or suit (please, no jeans)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event (the only exception are the little ones in our bridal party). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is a designating parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for our guests.

Where should I stay?

We are so grateful you are traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our “Travel” tab to see hotels in the area.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Are the ceremony & reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Madera Estates!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired a professional to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors. If the skies have other plans, we’ll bring the celebration inside!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you — get ready to celebrate!

Will there be vegetarian options?

Answer

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone’s dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
