Q&A

The Wedding Website of Nicolle Felice Cho and Jarrin Ching
Question

What are the wedding details?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors in the beautiful setting of Haiku Gardens. The reception will follow at Haleiwa Joe’s Haiku Gardens, which is located on the same property. We are thrilled to celebrate in such a stunning natural setting. In case of inclement weather, an indoor venue will be available as a backup.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 10:00 AM. We recommend that guests arrive at least 20-30 minutes early to ensure there is plenty of time to find parking, take the shuttle to the ceremony garden (if needed), and be seated before the ceremony begins.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite guests to dress in Aloha or Dressy Casual attire for our special day. The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors in the stunning garden at Haiku Gardens. We are excited to celebrate surrounded by nature, so please dress comfortably and be mindful of the weather. Should inclement weather arise, an indoor location will be available as an alternative.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of on-site parking for both the ceremony and reception. Additionally, for those who need it, a shuttle service will be provided from the parking lot to the ceremony garden to ensure easy access. After the ceremony, the shuttle will also be available to transport guests to the reception area.

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is fully accessible for guests with disabilities. We have ensured that all necessary accommodations are available, including a shuttle service, to provide a comfortable experience for everyone attending the ceremony and reception.

Question

Where are the restroom facilities located?

Answer

Please note that our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors. Restroom facilities are only available in the reception area, not at the ceremony site. We recommend using the restrooms in the reception area before the ceremony begins.

Question

Will food be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, food will be served at the reception. There will be appetizers and a lunch buffet catered by Haleiwa Joe's Haiku Gardens. If you have any food allergies, please be mindful and let us know in advance so we can make appropriate accommodations for you.

Question

Will there be a bar available during the luncheon cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, we will have a hosted bar during the reception. Each guest will receive two drink vouchers to use on a selection of beer, wine, and signature cocktails. After that, additional drinks will be available for purchase. We want everyone to celebrate safely, so please drink responsibly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests only bring a plus one if it is indicated on their invitation. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on the invitations. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we adore your children, our wedding will be an adults-only event, except for immediate family members. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you.

Question

Can guests take pictures?

Answer

Yes, guests are welcome to take pictures. We will also set up a link where everyone can share their photos from the event.

Question

Are gifts necessary?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the most cherished gift we could receive, and we are genuinely grateful for your attendance. We are not registered anywhere, as we do not require any gifts. However, if you feel inclined to give something, a monetary gift would be appreciated. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and generosity.
