Please work with Seasons Transportation to set up your pick up from the airport to Finest. This is free with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Please email transfers@seasonstours.com as soon as possible with your flight details to set up a round trip car for you and your party. Please note that the round trip applies per room and not per guest, so if 2 guests are flying on different flights you will need to set up another transportation service or try and arrive and depart at the same time. Please include the following information in your email when scheduling your transfer service. - Arrival Date - Number of Passengers - Passenger's Name (hotel reservation's holder) - Hotel Confirmation Number - Hotel's Name: Finest Playa Mujeres - Arrival Flight Number & Airline Company -Arrival Time - Departure Date - Departure Flight Number & Airline Company - Departure Time If you are only staying for 2 nights you can reach out to Seasons or look at USA Transfers for a cheaper car service. Please make sure that the card you put on file will not expire 30 days before the wedding. If you lose or cancel your card, update your reservation ASAP. If the card is charged and it does not work, you will lose your room and the promotion price. We advise contacting your bank to let them know that you are expecting charges from Mexico to avoid your card declining.

If you book your room with our travel agent, your airport transfer ride to and from Cancun Airport is included! Please book the flight that works with your schedule. We highly suggest to fly in Thursday 1/19/2023 or Friday 1/20/2023. Friendly reminder the wedding is on SATURDAY. Book your flight home SUNDAY 1/22 or later.

Passports
Your passport must be valid 6 months from return date Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport: CLICK THE LINK FOR INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLY OR RENEW. We highly suggest getting your passport ASAP to avoid any issues. Passport cards are not valid for flying to Mexico.
