The Italian Market is one of our favorite spots in the city, and we spend most of our weekends there! Whether it's grabbing coffee or gelato at Anthony’s Italian Coffee & Chocolate House, enjoying a cannoli at Isgro's, or visiting Nannie Franco's for some delicious pizza, this area holds a special place in our hearts. Don’t forget to stop by and experience it for yourself!
Reading Terminal Market is one of Philly’s most iconic spots. It’s packed with great food, from fresh Amish donuts to Philly’s famous soft pretzels. Our favorites are DiNic’s roast pork and Termini’s cannolis. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or just checking out the local vendors, it’s a great place to spend some time.
If you're coming to Philly, you're definitely going to want to make time for a cheesesteak and the best one in town (in our opinion) is at Angelo's Pizzeria. It's cash only, so be prepared, and definitely call ahead so you don't have to wait, though be ready for a line! It's worth it, trust us!
Whether you’re into historical landmarks or strolling around admiring the beautiful historic brownstones, Old City has something for everyone. Visit the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, then take a peaceful walk through Washington Square Park, where we took our engagement photos! Afterward, head to PJ Clarke’s, one of our favorite restaurants and where we celebrated our engagement.
