Welcome Party

5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Classy casual: look nice, but no need to go over the top!

Immediate family and out of town guests to join us for a welcome party, hosted by the Hubsmiths. Invited guests can find more information in the RSVP page.

Ceremony and Reception

2:15 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks. Do bring a coat because it's CO and you never know!

Please plan to arrive at Wapos by 2:15pm, for a 2:30pm bus departure to the ceremony at Sunrise Amphitheater (1198 Flagstaff Dr, Boulder, CO 80302). The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. Drinks will be available on the bus and at the ceremony, but no food will be served—so be sure to eat lunch beforehand. Following the ceremony, buses will bring guests back to Wapos around 5:00pm. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with appetizers and drinks, with dinner and dancing to follow. If you’re driving and planning on drinking, you’re welcome to leave your car overnight at Wapos. Rideshares are easy to find in the area, so please feel free to take an Uber home and pick up your car the next day.

Sunday Brunch

11:15 am - 2:00 pm

Casual: you made it through the wedding, you might have a flight to catch. Just be comfortable!

Immediate family and out of town guests to join us the morning after the wedding for a laid-back park hang! We’ll have breakfast burritos, “hair of the dog,” and a low-key vibe—come as you are and stay as long (or as little) as you’d like. Swing by anytime—we’d love to see you before the weekend wraps up!
