What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

‘Black-tie’ is strongly encouraged. This means a full-length dress and a tux or dark-colored suit.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Battello provides 32 parking spots on a first come first serve basis. Once spaces are filled, there are a number of local parking garages within walking distance of Battello.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While children are a core part of our family (and we love them dearly), we want this evening to be a night where everyone can let loose and have a bit more fun! We ask that for this evening that you find appropriate accommodations for your children.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we wish we could include all friends and significant others, Battello has limited space. If your invite does not include a plus one, unfortunately we cannot accommodate.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Westin (across the street; literally). Given this, we have not chartered a bus for transportation.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so grateful to have everything we need to live. For a gift, please add to the Newlywed Fund (on Zola) or cash/check the day of.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course. Please indicate this on Zola when you RSVP.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Mostly indoors, but we do have access to the outdoor space of Battello.
