2019 NYE Wedding

If you came here to read a typical love story, a story that begins where fireworks spark instantly, this isn’t the place. Our love story is a little different. It doesn’t have the perfect beginning, but in the end we fell perfectly in love for each other, and I know we will continue to be for the rest of our lives. I worked with Anthony's cousin RJ in year 2014. RJ and I quickly became friends, leading us to spend time together on the weekends. He would bring his cousin Anthony along wherever we would go. In fact, Anthony came out with us as part of the group before I even really started to notice him. While I may not remember Anthony being there at first, he for sure remembers me. And it’s safe to say that once Anthony did grab my attention, it never wavered. One Saturday night when the rest of the group went their separate ways, Anthony and I found ourselves completely drawn together. We ended up having a great conversation full of laughs and endless flirtation as we kept each other company. Anthony thought this was a good opportunity to ask me on a date. At this point, I was not looking for a relationship and I was hesitant to start something new with anyone. Despite this hesitation, Anthony was persistent and eventually he reeled me in with his charm and personality. After having a romantic and fun summer together he then wanted to make it official and ask me to be his girlfriend. After still not wanting to commit I told him I didn’t think it was the right time. Thankfully, he would NOT let the night end until I said yes. His continuous effort to make me his girlfriend was undeniably attractive to me. Who knew at that time I would say yes to be his girlfriend and now saying yes to be his wife. It has been five years later and I cannot imagine myself being with anybody else.
