We both worked at United Christian Youth Camp in Prescott, AZ the summer of 2013. It was my 3rd year on staff and Will's 1st. I knew Will was something special when he gave me a road flare for my birthday! Over the summer we developed our friendship and got to know each other through coffee runs and cabin clean ups. At the end of summer Will drove to Las Vegas, where I lived, and took me on our first date and the rest is history!

We decided to take a trip to Las Vegas to celebrate a friends birthday! Will had a plan to come up with an excuse for everyone to stop at an outlook just before we got into Vegas. The outlook was beautiful, over looking mountains and a river and the outlook was even more special as it was the spot of where our first kiss was supposed to be, but we both chickened out 5 years prior haha. Unfortunately on our way to the outlook we got lost and the sun was setting too fast, but we still stopped on the side of the road and in the freezing cold and dark Will said he wanted to spend his life with me and asked me to marry him! I of course said yes!!!
