WEEKEND SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Friday, 10/8/21: 1:00pm-4:00pm: Welcome Wine Trail & Whiskey Tasting (Fredericksburg) Saturday, 10/9/21 The Big Day at Luckenbach (15 minutes outside Fredericksburg) 6:15pm: Wedding Ceremony 7:00pm: Reception (including cocktails, Texas BBQ, & cake) 9:00pm: Private concert by the Dirty River Boys Sunday, 10/10/21 10:00am-1:00pm: Farewell Brunch (Fredericksburg)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

There is fun stuff to see and do I would recommend coming early to take in the location, take pictures etc. Ceremony will start at 6:15, so I suggest you arrive by 6pm.

Is there a dress code?

its a cocktail party, come dress to impress... cowboy boots and hats are welcome.

Yes, kids are welcome however there is no childcare being provided

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes there is parking, but we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding. Pick up location: Fredericksburg Visitors Center parking lot downtown 302 E. Austin St., Fredericksburg, TX 78624].

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided to and from a central location in Fredericksburg. However guests can also Uber or Lyft it is only a 15 minute drive to Luckenbach from Fredericksburg Transportion pick up and drop off at: Fredericksburg Visitors Center parking lot downtown 302 E. Austin St., Fredericksburg, TX 78624
