WHERE IS THE LOCATION OF OUR WEDDING?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place at the Lodge at the Hops Company, 77 Sodom Ln, Derby, CT 06418.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Guests may begin to arrive at 5:00pm.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors in the garden, while the reception will take place inside the lodge.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has a parking lot that has plenty of space for guests to park.

Question

WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE TO AND/OR FROM THE HOTEL?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to or from the hotel. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from our venue, and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available. Ample parking is also available at the venue for those who prefer to drive.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Cocktail attire is encouraged.

WILL THERE BE BAR SERVICE?

Answer

Yes, there will be open bar service which will include - craft beer on draft, red & white wines, sparkling wine, two signature cocktails on tap, and soft drinks.

ARE PLUS ONES AND CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Answer

The name of every guest invited to attend will be listed on your formal invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. Thank you for understanding!

DO I NEED TO MAKE A MEAL SELECTION?

Answer

Our dinner will be buffet style, so food selections will not be made prior to the event. You may indicate any allergies/dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

CAN I CHANGE MY RSVP?
