WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30p, so we kindly request that you arrive 15-30 minutes early to ensure you do not miss anything. The ceremony will be on the patio, weather permitting. If you are staying at either hotel, there will be a shuttle service to take you to venue. The shuttle service will begin at 4:45p and the LAST shuttle will leave at 5:05p.

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Answer
Please RSVP via our website by August 8th. The RSVP section can be found in the menu section of the website. Please make sure to select your meal option and let us know any allergies you have. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Formal attire is recommended. Please avoid wearing jeans/denim and shades of the color white.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED FROM THE HOTELS TO THE VENUE?
Answer
We will be providing a shuttle service from the hotels and back for those who are interested. Shuttles will begin promptly at 4:45p to ensure wedding guests will arrive for the 5:30p ceremony. The same shuttle service will also pick guests up from River Crest Country Club at the end of the reception and drop guests back off at the hotels.

DOES THE WEDDING VENUE HAVE PARKING ONSITE?
Answer
Yes, River Crest Country Club has parking onsite. If guests prefer to drive, the hotels are 10 minutes from the venue. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30p, so please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
Answer
Our wedding is a kid and baby free event, except for our two ring bearers. We would love to spend time with your children at another time and for you to enjoy the night out. Thank you for understanding!
