The Flower Story
When Nicole was little she dreamt of owning her own flower shop. Ever since their first date, John would bring Nicole flowers once a week (sometimes more!!) when he drove from California to visit. Whether they were delivered in person, or sent from Japan during deployment, John never missed a week. The beautiful engagement ring John picked out has floral elements which reflect this act of love John has become known for. So in some way, John gave Nicole her flower shop.
