Cheers to Love, Laughter & Happily Ever After!

How We Met February 2014 Timing is everything…It was by chance that Nicole was in Laredo that night. She decided to meet friends at a local bar and spent the whole night catching up with Armando. He gave her a hard time about drinking Miller Lite, and she secretly loved the $10 bar rose he insisted on buying her. Nicole went back to Austin, Armando started a new job in Houston, but they continued dating for the next six months until Nicole got the opportunity to move to Houston for a new job. The rest is history.

Challenge Accepted! Armando was able to pull off the surprise of a lifetime! Nicole was completely convinced that they were going downtown to celebrate a birthday with one of Armando’s colleagues. They took a stroll through Hermann Park, stopping to take a selfie and pointing out all the photographers who were out that beautiful afternoon. Just as they approached the iconic Sam Houston Monument, Nicole noticed two surprisingly familiar figures. Nicole’s mom and brother both turned around and Armando got down on one knee! He asked and she said YES! All of the excitement was captured by a photographer, who took the couple around the park for their impromptu engagement photo shoot! It was perfect!
