Our room block with a specialized discounted price can be booked with the link in the PDF attachment emailed directly to you by Nicole. Please reach out to Nicole if you did not receive the attachment. Rooms MUST be booked by October 10th, but we highly recommend booking as soon as possible. A minimum of 2 nights must be booked, however, if you would like to extend your stay, the discount code is good for 5 nights prior to December 12th and 5 nights after December 12th. If you are only booking 2 nights, most people are arriving on Friday and leaving on Sunday. When booking, you can choose to pay the entire amount, or just the first night and pay the remainder upon your stay. A full refund is available for cancellations up to 21 days before your stay. The following price breakdown is an All Inclusive rate. Transportation at the discounted rate can be booked at the website addressed. One Way Transportation Options/Price: - Private SUV w/1-4 people = $125 - Private SUV w/ 5 to 6 people = $135 - Private Van w/ 7-10 people = $190 - Mini Bus w/ 1-10 people = $200 - Limousine w/ 1-6 people = $190 - Limousine w/ 7-10 people = $230 - Shared Shuttle per person = $30 The shuttle is the most inexpensive option, however, it only runs 3 times per day (9 am, 10:45 am, and 1 pm). If your arrival flight is after 1 pm, you will need to book private transportation. They also require private transportation for departure flights before 12 pm and after 4 pm. If you would like to "carpool" private transportation to reduce the cost, please contact Zach or Nicole with your flight information and they can put you in contact with other guests arriving or departing around the same time.
