Yes, the venue has put several actions into place to help social distance guests. Instead of guests sitting in rows close together during the ceremony, guests will take their seat at their assigned tables for the ceremony. Tables are spaced out at a greater distance than usual to allow for distance. In addition we are only inviting 1/4 of the capacity of guests for the size of the room. Appetizers and meals will also be served at tables to reduce movement.
While guests are not required to wear masks at all times, you do what feels comfortable to you! The venue has asked that when you hit the dance floor to cut a rug you do wear your mask though.
There are several hand sanitizers pumps posted throughout the room as well as a bathroom within the City View Room that can be used for hand washing.
The City View Room of Windows on the River is in doors. However, there is a patio attached that will be available weather permitting.
