When you get to Buxton and Hatterras there aren't Ubers or Lyfts available. Best ways to get around is driving, walking or biking around. We are hard at work determining transportation for the day of the event and will most likely have a cab like service for the wedding day!

When asking locals this is some of their favorite dates/ time in the area! The weather is mild and you can still get a nice walk on the beach while feeling the fall afternoons. The highs are in the 60s or 70s with lows in the 50s. November is also offseason so we will enjoy less traffic and all the hotels and rentals are in preferred pricing!

We are asking for everyone to RSVP by August 30th. With this being a destination wedding we need to account for who may be on the island and will give us more time to determine transportation for the wedding day!

YES! There is parking at the Church for the ceremony and at the Inn for the reception.
