Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather-permitting, the ceremony will be held outside in the garden and cocktail hour seating will be available inside and on the patio. The reception will be held indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code will be a formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown, formal cocktail dress, or dressy jumpsuits. While not required, we encourage you to wear color since it's a summer wedding!

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles arranged both to and from the venue back to the Hyatt Regency Long Island at Hauppauge.

What time should I arrive at The Larkfield for the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive between 7 and 7:15, the ceremony will promptly start at 7:30PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is free, there is also a valet.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, you can let the bride or groom know of any specific allergy or dietary restriction, or you can let the venue know on the day of.
