We met online in February of 2020 and went to Starbucks for our first date in the middle of a snowstorm. We sat in a booth at Starbucks for hours talking and getting to know each other. We decided that we were going to meet again in a week to spend some more time together but quickly decided that we didn't want to wait that long. We met up together a couple days later and went out again. We would spend everyday on the phone talking all day long. March 2020 happened and the world shut down due to covid. We weren't able to see each other as much as we wanted but spent the entire time on FaceTime together getting to know each other and we definitely mastered movie nights over FaceTime together. In July of 2020 we decided that we didn't want to be apart anymore and decided that we were going to move into an apartment together. We got our apartment and still live in the same one today. We had talked about getting married and Laila was definitely on board. Terrance secretly asked my dad permission to marry me and talked to my whole family about it. In August of 2021 Terrance asked me to be his wife at the park where we had one of our first dates. We are beyond excited to continue our journey together.
