What is the attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire. According to the internet, here is the definition: A small step above semi-formal (which we'll get to next), cocktail attire is an extremely popular choice within the wedding space. It's a balance between elegant and comfortable and fancy and pared-back. Instead of a floor-length dress, women should opt for a tea-length, knee-length, or midi look. And while tuxedos are no longer an option, men are required to wear a suit and tie, regardless of the wedding's setting.

When do we need to book the hotel by?

All of the hotels have a cut off date of 10/7/24, so you will need to book before then using the desired link. Those can be found on the "Travel" page.
