What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Formal Black Attire Requested We kindly ask that all guests wear black to help create an elegant and timeless atmosphere. Suggested attire: black tuxedo or suit for gentlemen, black floor-length or knee-length gown for ladies.

Is there parking at the ceremony location?

Answer

Yes! St. George Greek Orthodox Church has an adjacent parking lot. There is also street parking in front of the church on Sheffield Avenue. Both options are free.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

There is discounted valet available for our guests: Event Valet $36, Self park overnight $68, Valet overnight $82

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at St. George Greek Orthodox Church by 3:45 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins at 4:00 p.m.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

With the exception of our wedding party and immediate family, we have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
