What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests arrive at the venue by 4:00 p.m. and be seated by 4:15 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Cocktail hour will immediately follow.

Dress to Impress! We ask that you follow a Black-Tie dress code, with a Garden Party theme!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we love to meet new people, our wedding is RSVP only. We are only prepared to accommodate those explicitly listed on your invitation.

Are my children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Weather-permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors on grass in an uncovered garden, please consider that when you choose your attire. The reception will be held in an air-conditioned ballroom with outdoor patio access.

Will there be transportation?

While we will not be providing a shuttle service, the venue is easily accessible by car and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. The hotel, ceremony, and reception are all conveniently located on the Renault Winery and Resort grounds.

There is plenty of parking available at both the Chateau Renault hotel, and Renault Winery where the ceremony and reception will be held.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely. However, the hangover is your responsibility.

We want to ensure everyone enjoys their meal at our wedding! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP, and we will work with the chef to provide delicious options to accommodate your needs.
