When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 27th March 2025, however if you are booking accommodation at Silverwood please book this ASAP as there are limited numbers of lodges available.

When does the event start and end?

Answer

We will ask guests to arrive for 15:00, with the event ending at midnight.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no ceremony as this is a celebration of our marriage. However, please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start time.

Question

Will there be transport for those not staying on site?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle bus collecting any guests who are unable stay on site. Collection will be from Dundee city centre at 14:15, with the returning journey leaving Silverwood at midnight. Let us know on your RSVP if you require this service.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

There is no gift registry, however cash gifts are welcome if you'd like to contribute towards our dream home. But your presence on the day is what's most important to us.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We would love for all our friends and family to stay with us at Silverwood Lodge Resort, however we understand that not everyone can stay for the two night minimum stay. There are several lodges available for wedding attendees, and also a shuttle bus running from Dundee city centre to Silverwood Resort.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of our friend's and family's children! However, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18, with the exception of children named on invites.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a light buffet to begin with, followed by a dessert table and finally a pizza truck. There will be options available to accommodate most dietary requirements. Please let Nicole or Ross know if you have any specific dietary requirements so we can assure there are plenty of options for everyone.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a car park at the reception area of Silverwood Resort. All cars (including lodge guests) must remain here for the duration of your stay.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see all our friends and family dressed to the nines. Please arrive in typically wedding guest attire.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Of course. We have a live band scheduled to perform for the evening.
