We're Getting Married

Nicole - We met while both in New York City; Robin was living there for work and I interviewing for a job having decided on a whim that I wanted to live in NYC. A mutual love of ramen brought us to Momofuku in the East Village where we were seated together at a family style table. Robin's accent definitely did it for me and I remember struggling to not look completely incompetent with chop sticks (I still can't use them). I never expected to see him again, but he asked for my number. As it happens I matched in NYC for residency and we have been inseparable ever since. Robin - I'd previously lived round the corner from this noodle place, Momofuku, for months but had never actually bothered to go - I picked a great night to try it out. They seat you with anyone at this place, but it turns out I wasn't opposite just anyone. I was struck by Nicole's bright, beautiful hazel eyes and a hint of southern accent - I was hooked and had to ask for her number. Three years on and here we are (and she's still hopeless with chopsticks)
