Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area spans the New Jersey and PA side of the (you guessed it) the Delaware River. A variety of hikes can appeal to all desired hiking intensities. Most trail heads have limited parking available, and particularly on nice weekends they can fill up.

This is a park on top of one of the local ski mountains. You can drive most of the way up and get a great view! There is a short trail loop at the top of the mountain.
