We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. This includes plus-ones and any exceptions to our adults-only celebration. Please refer to your invitation and RSVP page to confirm who is included in your party. If you have a question about your invitation, please reach out to Nicole or Robbie directly.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, unless otherwise noted on your invitation.
Our wedding will take place outdoors on a rural property in the foothills of Mariposa, so think beautiful views, fresh air, and terrain that does not care about your stilettos. Guests should expect dry grass, dirt, slopes, stairs/steps, gravel, and uneven ground. Practical shoes are strongly recommended. Chunky heels, platforms, boots, flats, and other outdoor-friendly options are at your discretion.
Because we’ll be celebrating outdoors in the foothills, nature may be in attendance. Guests should be aware that bugs, wildlife, and seasonal allergens may be present, including wildflowers, blooming trees or bushes, and native wildlife such as rattlesnakes or tarantulas. We are not inviting them, but they do live there, so please plan accordingly and bring whatever you need for your own comfort.
Cell service can be spotty at the venue. Some providers may do better than others, but the foothills like to keep things mysterious. We recommend saving any important details, directions, or screenshots ahead of time just in case your phone decides to become decorative.
Yes. Portable restrooms will be available onsite for guests during the wedding.
The wedding will take place on a private rural property with designated event areas for guests. Because of the outdoor terrain, darkness, uneven ground, and surrounding natural environment, we kindly ask guests to stay within the designated event spaces. Basically: enjoy the party, not an accidental wilderness side quest.
Yes. Dinner will be served buffet-style and will include BBQ. Cocktail hour will also include appetizers. Dessert and cake will be served as well.
Because of the style of meal being served, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-friendly options are unlikely to be broadly available. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact Nicole or Robbie directly so we can discuss what may be possible.
Yes. We will have an open bar, and nonalcoholic beverages will also be available. Hydrate accordingly. Dance floor stamina matters.
No. Outside food and alcohol are not permitted.
Yes. We will be having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask guests to silence and put away phones and cameras during the ceremony. After the ceremony, photos and videos are welcome and encouraged. We promise there will be plenty of time for content.
Ceremony seating will be open, aside from any reserved seats that will be clearly marked. We encourage a nontraditional seating arrangement, so please sit wherever you feel comfortable rather than choosing a “bride side” or “groom side.” We are all on the same team here.
Yes. Dinner seating will be assigned. A seating chart will be available during cocktail hour so guests can find their table before dinner.
Yes. Lots. There will be a DJ, and dancing is a huge priority for us, so please come emotionally, spiritually, and footwear-wise prepared for the dance floor.
Because of the rural outdoor setting and fire risk, open flames and smoking are not permitted. If you're trying to get turnt, we suggest vaping or a yummy gummy :)
Drones are allowed only at the guest’s own risk and should not interfere with the ceremony, reception, photographer, DJ, or overall guest experience.
Trash cans and recycling bins will be available throughout the event space. Please help us care for the property by using the appropriate bins and keeping the venue clean throughout the celebration. We are going for romantic outdoor wedding, not post-festival crime scene.
