Please call the hotel Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, only. They should dial our direct toll free line 800-328-9815 and ask for In-House Reservations. In order to receive the 15% discount that has been made available for Smiley-Studwell Wedding you will need to call prior to June 30, 2021 and identify Smiley-Studwell Wedding and dates of the event. Rates will not be changed at check-in for any guest that failed to identify their affiliation at the time of reservation. A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is due with each reservation request on or before June 30, 2021, and will become non-refundable if the guest does not arrive or cancels less than ten days prior to the day of arrival... check-in time is after 4:00 p.m.; checkout time is 11:00 a.m.

The room Rate is $235 a night (which includes the resort fee), if you are getting a different rate when you change dates no worries! We have arranged for a trolley to pick up our guest from the Doubletree Resort and take them to the venue. They will also bring us back when the reception is over. If you are not staying at the Doubletree Resort feel free to meet there for pickup and dropoff.
