Hindu Wedding Ceremony

Join us in a heartfelt and spiritual ceremony honoring Nicole's Hindu heritage, followed by light refreshments. There will be time afterwards to change and prepare for the next ceremony.

For our fusion celebration, guests are warmly encouraged to wear cultural attire! Indo-Western Attire [FORMAL] For Women - Saree – Classic Indian garment, often brightly colored or sequined for weddings -Lehenga – Long skirt and matching blouse with a dupatta (scarf); popular in weddings -Salwar Kameez – A traditional South Asian outfit with a long tunic (kameez), loose pants (salwar), and an optional scarf (dupatta) Indo-Western & Fusion Options: -Gowns with embroidery or prints -Skirts or dresses with dupattas -Dressy jumpsuits with Indian accessories -Jewelry: Bangles, bindis, jhumkas (dangling earrings), and statement necklaces *Expect lots of bright colors, silver/gold accents, sparkle, and floral jewelry For Men -Kurta Pajama – a long tunic and pants -Sherwani - a formal attire, often described as a desi version of a tuxedo, usually knee-length, buttoned up the front, and worn over a kurta and churidar (straight-cut pants)
