Attire is cocktail casual. For men khaki pants, dress slacks, button ups, or polos are encouraged. For women cocktail dresses, sundresses, or pantsuits are encouraged.
This event is limited to those in the wedding and their guests. All other guests please join us afterwards for the welcome party! Details below.

Please join us to say hello the night before the big day! Feel free to come and go as you please, we look foward to seeing all of you.
3:45 pm - 4:15 pm
There will be four shuttles taking guests from each hotel to the venue in two waves. The first wave of shuttles will depart at 3:45 and the second wave will depart at 4:15. Each wave of shuttles can only take 56 guests, so please plan accordingly. Not all guests will be able to take the 4:15 shuttle due to space. If the 4:15 shuttle is full guests will need to drive or Uber to the venue, which we want to avoid so please consider taking the earlier shuttle if that works for you. Thank you!

5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
There will be one early shuttle leaving at 9:00 that will only go back to the hotels. The next round of shuttles will start loading when the wedding ends at 10:00. Those shuttles will stop at the after party venue at Jonathans and then stop at each hotel. The shuttles will continue to run from the venue until all guests have been picked up.
