Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code for the evening is cocktail attire with garden accents. Guests are invited to wear refined cocktail attire suitable for an indoor/outdoor evening celebration. Kindly refrain from wearing jeans, white, or overly bold colors.

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

All events of the evening will all take place at Magnolia Venue & Urban Garden located at 601 Walnut Street, Kansas City, Missouri.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

At 5:00pm the doors will open for our 5:30pm ceremony. Please plan to arrive at Magnolia Venue & Urban Garden prior to 5:15pm in order to find your seat in time for the ceremony.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our evening ceremony will be outdoors in Magnolia's Urban Garden (weather permitting), while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there are various parking options available. Directly across Walnut Street from the venue there a lot that offers paid parking. Free parking is available down the street at the Main Street and E Sixth Street lot. Additionally, the North Loop Kansas City Streetcar stop is a 3 minute walk from the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly request a child-free celebration so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. Thank you for understanding.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving a variety of charcuterie options at cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner with multiple entree options. Dietary restrictions communicated at the time of RSVP will be accommodated.
