Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:00pm to allow time to park and find your seat. All walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 4:20pm for the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. Ladies, midi formal, tea length, or floor length dresses are options. Gentlemen, please consider a dress shirt and tie with a sport coat or suit. We understand the Texas weather can be quite unpredictable during this time of year! Our ceremony will be outdoors. Please consult your favorite weather app to adjust your attire for temperature and weather concerns.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of complementary parking at the venue. The walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site is quite long. Guests may be dropped off at the venue doors of you prefer not to walk as much.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we would love to invite all of the children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We are asking that guests refrain from bringing children, unless noted on your invitation. We hope that you understand our decision, and are still able to join us on our special day. If you would like recommendations for local babysitters, please reach out to us!

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date indicated on your invitation, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue by the date they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs because of this. We hope that you understand.
