Are kids invited?

Answer

Kids are welcome to attend Fridays Meet and Greet, in addition to Saturdays Wedding Ceremony and the Cocktail hour. We love your kids, but we want our Wedding Reception to be your few hours off! If you are traveling with young ones, consider child care from www.care.com. Caregivers can supervise the children in your hotel room. L'Auberge recommended Joyce Vanderhorst.

Is there a room block or negotiated rates?

Answer

Yes, at L'Auberge de Sedona & Orchards Inn. The other accommodations (Hyatt & El Portal) do not have negotiated rates however we have previously stayed there and can vouch for them. See 'Travel' section.

What's the wedding ceremony and reception dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes or black suits with black tie.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

No later than 5:45 PM, we have a sunset wedding at 6:00 PM sharp.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

All of our wedding guests have complimentary valet.

The bride and groom are staying at L'Auberge de Sedona.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough, but if you're inclined to give, any contribution to our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated.
