If we do not get an RSVP on or before the provided dates for the I Do BBQ and/or the Wedding, you will be marked as a NO. We want to celebrate with everyone, but we must get the total guest count to our venue in a timely manner. We appreciate your help and support!

Can I bring a date?

Guest are welcome to the I Do BBQ and also for after party, but any plus ones will be clearly stated on your invitations.

Are children allowed?

The Jack and Jill & I Do BBQ are 100% children welcome!! The wedding and reception will be an adults-only celebration! We encourage you to make it a date day 🥰

Do you have any hotel accomodations?

We're happy to share that we have a block of rooms available at THE RESIDENCE INN of Hartford which is located diagonally across the road from the venue. Availability for the dates of: Friday, October 3rd through Sunday, October 5th, 2025. We can offer 10 standard lofts at a group rate of $409.00 per room per night. A king or queen bed option is available, with pull out sofa bed in each studio or loft being offered.
