FAQs

The Wedding Website of Nicole Carli Pillon and Miles Vincent Tingley
Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at Hacienda Del Mar, and we’d love for all our guests to stay on-site so we can celebrate together. The resort is all-inclusive, with food and drinks included, so you can relax and enjoy the weekend! We’ll kick things off with a Welcome Cocktail Hour on November 19, the night before the wedding, and we hope you’ll join us. After the wedding, we can continue celebrating and spending time with all our favourite people at the resort - we can’t wait to make memories together!

Question

Where is Hacienda Del Mar located?

Answer

Hacienda Del Mar Los Cabos is situated within the exclusive Cabo del Sol community, just 10 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and 20 minutes from downtown San Jose del Cabo. Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 35 minutes from the resort, making it easy to get to the wedding weekend.

Question

I’m staying offsite. Can I still attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Offsite guests are welcome. If you choose to stay off site, Hacienda Del Mar will charge all wedding guests $190 USD attendance fee, which covers venue access, food, and beverages. That said, we really recommend staying at Hacienda Del Mar so you can enjoy the full weekend with us!

Question

Guest List

Answer

Because space is limited, only guests listed by name on your invitation can be accommodated (I.e. Children, additional family members, or plus ones).

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Cabo in late November is warm and mostly sunny. Daytime highs are typically around 25–29°C (78–85°F), while evenings can cool to 16–20°C (60–68°F). Rain is rare, and the weather is generally dry and comfortable. Coastal breezes are common, especially in the evening, so we recommend bringing a shawl, wrap, or light jacket to stay comfortable after sunset.

Question

Is the ceremony or reception outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be in the on-site chapel, and the cocktail hour and reception will be outdoors. Keep the warm weather, ocean breeze, and terrain in mind when picking shoes and outer layers.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is Coastal Formal • Long dresses and suits are encouraged • Footwear: Formal shoes suitable for outdoor settings

Question

When should I arrive in Cabo?

Answer

We recommend arriving by November 19 so you can settle in, relax, and join us for the Welcome Cocktail Hour that evening.

Question

Transportation

Answer

We’ll share details closer to the date.

Question

Do I need a passport or visa?

Answer

Yes! All guests traveling internationally will need a valid passport. U.S. and Canadian citizens do not need a visa for stays in Mexico under 180 days. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. We also recommend checking all travel requirements before your trip to ensure smooth travel.
