This is a casual event.
Following the rehearsal dinner please feel free to join the couple the night before the big day. Drinks are available at the Loews hotel bar Bank and Bourbon.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
This Event is Black Tie Optional
The shuttles to the ceremony will pick up guests at 3 PM in front of the Loews hotel. One shuttle will make a second trip and arrive back at the Loews between 3:30-3:45 PM for any overflow. Following the ceremony the shuttles will provide transportation to the reception.
5:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Shuttle service at the end of the night back to the Loews hotel will begin at 10:30 PM. Shuttles will run until all guests are back at the Loews.
