Although we love your little ones, the reception is restricted to guests 21 years and older. Children may attend the welcome party, ceremony and Saturday breakfast. Please let us know in advance if they are attending the aforementioned events. If your child is attending the ceremony, please arrange for them to be brought back to the hotel immediately following the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes! We will be providing transportation for our guests to/from Hall of Springs. Pick up will begin promptly at 2:45pm from the Embassy Suites and Holiday Inn. Drop off from the venue to the hotels will begin at 9:00pm (although we would love for you to stay until the very end--10:00pm).
No. We kindly ask that you keep your phones off and tucked away for the entirety of the ceremony. Let’s leave the photos to the professionals. If you take photos at the other festivities, please don’t forget to share them with us!
HECK YEAH! Help us continue the party at the Embassy Suites lobby bar. Shuttles will drop guests off from the Hall of Springs to the two hotels, so feel free to get dropped off directly at the Embassy! If you are staying at the Holiday Inn, note that there are plenty of ubers/Lyfts in the area to take you home at the nights end (3 min drive) OR enjoy a 0.4 mile walk.
DT Saratoga Springs, filled with a lovely assortment of bars, restaurants and shops, is just a 10 min walk or 2 min drive from the hotels!
