Where do I stay?

Answer

The wedding and all weekend events will take place at Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club. We’ve reserved a room block for our guests and kindly ask that you book your stay there to be close to all the celebrations.

What dates should I book my stay for?

Answer

We recommend booking your trip for February 4–7 2027 to join us for all of the wedding weekend events (see Schedule tab for more details). Guests are welcome to extend their stay before or after the wedding if they’d like to enjoy more time at the resort.

When do I need to book my stay by?

Answer

The cut-off date to book within our room block is September 1, 2026. After this date, rates may change and availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend booking early.

How do I book my room?

Answer

Please book through our wedding booking site (linked on the Travel tab) to reserve your room at the special group rate. A deposit of $150 per room is required at the time of booking. If you have any booking-related questions, please reach out to our travel agent, Isabel, at guests@paradiseweddings.com.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress.

Can children attend?

Answer

While we love your little ones, the resort is adults-only (18+), so children won’t be able to attend. We really appreciate your understanding and making arrangements to celebrate with us!

Will the wedding be held on the beach?

Answer

No—our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place on the resort’s rooftop terrace.

Are there options for dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Yes! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please RSVP by September 1, 2026 using the RSVP tab on our website.

Where do I fly into?

Answer

Guests may fly into Tulum Airport or Cancun International Airport. Tulum Airport (TQO) - 40 minute drive from resort. Cancun International Airport (CUN) - 1 hour 30 minute drive from resort.

What if I want to upgrade my room?

Answer

We’ve reserved a room block of junior suite tropical king and double rooms for our guests. If you wish to upgrade to a Swim Out room or Preferred Club, please contact Isabel at guests@paradiseweddings.com and she will be able to assist you with booking / upgrading your room.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, you’ll need a valid passport for your trip. We recommend ensuring your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates to avoid any issues.
