How are you focused on keeping guests safe, given the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

Given the ongoing pandemic, particularly the emergence of COVID variants, we are encouraging all guests to get vaccinated as soon as they are able. We ask guests who are unable to get vaccinated to get tested for COVID-19 prior to attending wedding events. We have several high-risk guests, including immediate family, so protocols are something we take seriously. Please review the Schedule page of this wedding website. All guests are invited to attend the Welcome Reception Friday evening, as well as Brunch Sunday morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Getting to the wedding venue: - Shuttles are available to take guests from the Hilton Cleveland Downtown to Gordon Green, leaving approximately at 4:40p and 5:00p. Two shuttles will be running, with a capacity of 44 and 25 people each. Please meet at the Ontario Street entrance starting at 4:30 if you prefer to take the shuttle. - Parking is available at Gordon Green for guests opting to drive. - Uber / Lyft is readily available to and from Gordon Green as needed. Getting from the wedding venue: - A shuttle is available to take guests from Gordon Green to Hilton Cleveland Downtown starting at 9:30p until the reception ends.

Answer

Free parking is available at Gordon Green for guests opting to drive to the ceremony and reception. Access the lot off W. 54th Street.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Answer

Self-parking is $30+ tax overnight through the Huntington Park Garage, with a direct connection to the Hilton via an underground tunnel Valet parking is $39+ tax overnight.

We will have vegetarian options available for guests at the wedding reception. If you have another dietary restriction, please reach out to Nicole prior to October 2.
