Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles to and from the venue. Please see below for details! 2:45 PM Transportation to the wedding will begin, with pick up at the hotels starting at 2:45 pm. Fairfield Inn and Suites will be first, and Residence Inn will be second. We suggest you come down to the hotel lobby at 2:30 pm to be ready for the 2:45 pick up. However, if you miss the first transport, you will be able to catch a second one! If you choose to drive on your own, parking is available at the venue Baywood Greens at 19113 Coastal Highway Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. 4:00 PM The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. 9:30 PM Transportation from the Wedding to the Hotels will begin. The early bird shuttle back to the hotels will begin boarding at 9:30pm and deliver guests first at the Fairfield Inn and then the Residence Inn by 10:10pm. Please be ready at the departure area (where you were dropped off) at 9:30. 10:00 PM The final shuttles back to the hotels will begin with a boarding at 10 pm and delivering guests first at the Fairfield Inn and then the Residence Inn by 10:40pm. Important Note: If guests who drove to the event wish to take the shuttle back to their hotel, cars can be left overnight at the venue, Baywood Greens, and picked up the next day.
