No they are not. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
Yes! Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.
If you haven't spent some time up at elevation before or if you're coming from somewhere relatively close to sea-level, Salt Lake City (4,200ft) and especially the Snowpine Lodge (8,500ft) might catch you off guard! Stay hydrated, drink lots of water before and during your trip, and stock up on electrolytes for while you're at altitude. Also... drinks at altitude tend to hit just a little bit harder ;)
Cocktail attire! Nothing crazy fancy, but no jeans please. Also, even though its June, it can still get chilly up in the canyon at night! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, but the reception and dancing will be indoors. We recommend checking the weather for Alta, UT and bringing a light jacket for the night!
Yes! There are parking lots reserved for the wedding and hotel guests.
They can... but booking them can be difficult. Our venue coordinator has told us that they are more willing to take you up the canyon than to drive up to bring you back down. They are also still subject to all the same Uber issues as usual (high demand, rate surges, etc). If you are needing to get back down the canyon, we recommend taking our shuttle- see details on the travel page!
Not if you don't want one. You can Uber from the SLC Airport to either the Snowpine or the Courtyard Marriott, and downtown as well!
The wedding colors as well as the bridesmaids dresses will be light sage green, copper and champagne!
