What time is the ceremony at?

4:00pm. We recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Is the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception located at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception will be held at The White Poplar.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors. In the event of rain, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place indoors.

Are children invited?

We absolutely love your little ones, however we have chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you'll enjoy a night out!

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will specify if you have a plus one. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out.

Is there parking on-location?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking however all vehicles must be removed at the end of night.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation for our guest to and from our venue. It is our suggestion that you arrange a safe ride home in advance to the wedding day.
