We have two hotel blocks available. Both are located in the city and very close to the venue. The hotel blocks are both open and ready to book.
Philadelphia International Airport is about a 20 minute drive/uber from downtown Philly. Guests who are driving should have no problem getting into the city. There is parking available through the hotels, however please note that this cost is not included in the reservation fee. The Mummers Parade will be taking place on Thursday, so for those guests who are coming in early, it may add a few extra minutes.
TROLLEY RIDE : There will be two trollies leaving from the Kimpton Hotel Monaco exactly at the two time slots below. There is only 25 spots each so if you do not make it on one of the trips you can plan to walk or uber :) 3:30 PM 4:00 PM
The ceremony promptly starts at 4:30, we suggest getting there between 4:00 and 4:15. After the ceremony is over, the cocktail hour will be right upstair. The reception will follow shortly after back downstairs. For those who want to keep the party going - the afterparty will take place in the venue, with a. DJ coming to take over for the band.
