What will the weather be like?

We know many of you will be coming from out of town, so although our ceremony and reception will be entirely indoors, we would like to let people know that they should probably pack for hot, humid weather!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, please gather for a picture with all guests on the steps of the church. Afterwards, the wedding party will be leaving for photos and the rest of the guests can proceed to the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel for the cocktail hour (hors d'oeuvres and drinks) and reception.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is a free parking lot at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. The Renaissance Cleveland Hotel has valet parking, which will be provided to guests free of charge. Please let them know you are there for the Smith/Dashiell wedding.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We do have a hotel block at the Renaissance! We will have more information, plus other recommendations, on our "Travel" tab.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

The RSVP deadline is June 25th. You can either reply via our website or mail your card back to us.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes. We will have a cocktail hour (hors d'oeuvres and drinks) followed by a plated dinner. Menu options are on your invitations.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes. But we ask that you please do not interfere with the photographer or videographer's ability to do their jobs!
