Don't forget your passport! Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire before July 2025 as you will not be permitted to travel within SIX MONTHS remaining of an expiration date.

IMPORTANT: REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1.Each person must fill out an e-ticket to enter & leave the DR: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/ The airline will ask you for this document when you check in for your flight in the states. You will also have to fill out the same form for your departure. 2.Use the VeriFly app to make sure you have all the documents needed to re-enter the US. For entry back into the US, Travelers are required to fill out an electronic entry form before departure, which combines the Traveler’s Health Affidavit, Customs Declaration, & International Embarkation/Disembarkation forms. The form must be completed individually by each traveler & once completed, it will provide a QR code that will be scanned by the authorities before departure.

SDQ is about one hour to the hotel where we are having our wedding, El Embajador. The airport is about 50 mins from Zona Colonial.
