The Rock&Roll Hall of Fame needs no introduction…it is here in CLE, in all its glory :) many would say it’s a “must-see” If any of you are music buffs like Louie is, then we are confident that you will enjoy your visit to the Rock Hall!!
If you know Lou, then you know he is full of "fun facts" - here is one for you (may or may not have needed to confirm the details on Google first, haha) Cleveland's Playhouse Square is the second-largest theater district in the United States, after Broadway in New York City, and is the largest unified performing arts center outside of New York.
Any baseball fans out there? Even better, any Tribe/Guardian fans? :) If you happen to stick around through Saturday, 5/31, the Tribe is playing the Angels at 4:10pm - and it's Bibee Bobblehead Night!
Fun Fact #2 - Louie used to work at the Zoo when he worked for the Cleveland Metroparks
TownHall is easily one of our favorite restaurants downtown! Their menu is 100% Non-GMO and mostly organic. Even their coffee is 100% organic and lab-tested to ensure that it is free of any molds and mycotoxins! More importantly, their food is DELICIOUS! Our favorites: Green Envy Flatbread (note the Peruvian Aji Sauce which is now a staple in our household and even BPFD), TownHall Sushi Roll, Harvest Salad, and Wild Poke Bowl Yum!
They don’t call him “Sweet Lou” for nothin’!!! While you’re in CLE you should definitely take a little sweet tooth pit stop at Mitchell’s 🍦😋 Lou’s Favorites: Wildberry Crumble & Vegan Buckeye Nicole’s Favorites: Banana Cream Pie & Peanut Butter Cup But seriously, you can’t go wrong. All of their flavors are amazing & *locally sourced*!! We can’t wait to hear what you think :) It’s also right next to TownHall — soooo, you could try both favorites in one afternoon/evening :)
Right next to TownHall - the West Side Market is Cleveland’s largest and oldest continuously operating public market. The Market has served fresh produce, meats, bakery, dairy, prepared foods and more to Cleveland residents and visitors since 1912. They have excellent options for fresh food - we always enjoy taking a stroll through the market to see what they have to offer.
We have not (yet) been…but have heard great things! They have quite a few exhibits going on all throughout May.
For any movie buffs eager to see a leg lamp or two!
