COVID-19 Information (updated on 5/17/2021)

The safety of our loved ones and friends is our highest priority. Many of our loved ones are high risk for the virus (cardiac disease, lung disease, auto-immune disease, immune-suppressed, elderly, newborn babies, pregnant women). We are relying on every single one of you to protect them and yourselves. We ask anyone who is eligible to receive the vaccine do so prior to attending our wedding, so we can party like it’s 2019! Ashley Ridge follows current regulations/restrictions, and as of May 17th, all restrictions have been lifted. Masks are not requirement indoors or outdoors, YAY!!!!! If you have not received a COVID vaccine, we ask that you still wear a mask when within 6 feet of other guests inside the venue (when not at your reception table). The regulations have been lifted, but the danger to our high-risk loved ones is still around.

When should I RSVP by? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2021. You can RSVP online on the RSVP page.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Please provide any food preferences when you submit your RSVP on the RSVP page.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the wedding venue has a large parking lot for guests (parking is free). The hotel is also within walking distance of the wedding venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 5:30pm, we recommend that you arrive a 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside in the Ashley Ridge courtyard. The reception will be held inside Ashley Ridge ballroom, with access to the courtyard.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving appetizers and beverages.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, please check out the Travel page for all the information you need. Hotel reservations must be made prior to April 27th, 2021.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, the hotel is within walking distance of the wedding venue.

Are service dogs allowed at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, service dogs are allowed in all areas of the wedding venue.
