Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Question

Do we need to wear a mask?

Answer

While it’s not a requirement for our wedding, we completely understand and respect any guests who may wish to wear a mask on the day. Please note that we won’t be supplying masks at the venue, so you will need to provide your own.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both fully outdoors.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Most likely HOT. Could range anywhere from 80 to 100 degrees during the day. It will cool off once the sun sets and there is usually a nice breeze at the venue.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Your GPS/smartphones will take you to the house at Ella's vineyard. The street leading up to the venue is a two-lane highway. The gate entrance to the vineyard will be a few hundred feet from where the GPS takes you. So when you are arriving, make sure you look for a white sign that says "Ella's Vineyard" to turn into the vineyard.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

When you turn into the vineyard, there will be someone directing you to the parking area. Parking is free on site.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please try to arrive around 4pm to set situated. Nicole's Argentinian family, we are looking at you!

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests will be shuttled to the upper lawn for cocktail hour where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
