Our dress code is garden party attire (semi-formal). Midi or maxi dresses, flowy or tea-length dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are great choices for women, while men might opt for light suits or blazers with dress pants or chinos. Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden, so please dress for the weather and consider footwear suitable for grass. Block heels, wedges, flats, or dress shoes tend to work best on the lawn.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes early if possible to allow time to find a seat and get settled before the ceremony begins. If you are staying at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Mt. Laurel, the final shuttle departs at 4:15 PM.
Yes - there will be a shuttle making 2 rounds to the venue (departing from the DoubleTree at 3:30 PM & 4:15 PM) and 2+ rounds back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please note: check-in at the hotel does not begin until 4:00 PM, and the final shuttle will leave at 4:15 PM, so please plan your travel/getting ready time accordingly (or be prepared to Uber).

No need to choose ahead of time! Our venue will take meal orders directly at each table during the reception, so you’ll be able to select your entrée that evening. However, if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can help ensure a safe environment.
