All-Black Black Tie We kindly request all-black formal attire. Think black suits and ties with black or white dress shirts and black floor length gowns.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Clay Theatre located at 326 Walnut St, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In case of rain, we’ll move the celebration indoors.
Please arrive at 5pm to take your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.
Yes- A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue on Saturday, April 18th. The shuttle will run exclusively between the venue and The Hampton Inn & Suites Middleburg, where we have reserved our room block.
We recommend staying at The Hampton Inn & Suites Middleburg, where we have reserved a room block for our guests and shuttle transportation will be provided. However, there are several other hotel options nearby—searching the venue location will show additional hotels in the surrounding area.
The deadline to book at the discounted group rate at the Hampton Inn & Suites Middleburg is March 27, 2026 at 5PM EST. Please be sure to reserve your room before this date to take advantage of the discounted rate.
