We're getting married!

Nicole started working at a coffee shop in Corona, CA called It's a Grind in the Fall of 2014. At the time, Joshua was a frequent regular, and had been for years. They met casually and developed a customer-barista relationship where she only saw him a few times a week. Either before work getting an iced white mocha, or on an early Sunday morning after Joshua and some friends helped setting up for church. Right away Nicole noticed Joshua and his tall, dark and handsome features, and Joshua noticed Nicole's radiant smile and friendly personality. However, it wasn't until many months later, when Josh's friend challenged him to asking out a girl, did he think about getting to know Nicole a little more. Finally on July 14th, 2015 Joshua mustered up the courage to finally ask Nicole out on a date. Although she wasn't looking to date, she admired his boldness for asking her out in person, at her work with her mom sitting just around the corner! They exchanged phone numbers and began their journey of dating. Although it took a while for Nicole to decide on the official "boyfriend-girlfriend" thing, she was absolutely sure on a real commitment with Joshua on November 3rd, 2015. On October 27th, 2018 just one week before their 3-year anniversary, Joshua surprised Nicole with a hot air balloon ride over the lustrous hills of Rancho Santa Fe, CA as a birthday present to her. Distracted by this bucket-list moment for her, Nicole had no idea what was to come. As the pilot pointed out many sights to see across the hills, she spotted a sign on the road saying "Will You Marry Me Nicole?" Joshua immediately got down on one knee and asked Nicole to marry him... and she said YES!
